Kria Habitats, with a legacy of over 25 years in the construction industry, has been instrumental in developing projects for our sister concern, Enpar Realty, primarily in Mumbai and the NCR. Today, we stand at the forefront of a new era—focused entirely on South India, with a commitment to sustainable development and thoughtful living.
Our name reflects our ethos: Kria, inspired by the Sanskrit word for "creation," and Aram, the Tamil word for "morality, ethics, or values." These foundations guide everything we do—from our design philosophy to our project execution.
At Kria, we don’t measure success in square feet but in the joy and satisfaction of our homeowners. We are committed to delivering high-quality homes—on time and within budget—while ensuring our work contributes positively to the environment and the communities we build in.

R. Mohan Kumaramangalam, Managing Director
Rangarajan Mohan Kumaramangalam is an accomplished entrepreneur and sustainability leader with a career spanning renewable energy, real estate, technology, and finance.Mohan is the Founder of Kria Habitats, a South India-based real estate development firm focused on delivering sustainable luxury housing. His approach blends modern design, environmental stewardship, and long-term value creation for communities.
In the past Mohan served as Managing Director at EnviTec Biogas India, where he has played a pivotal role in scaling some of the subcontinent’s largest biogas and renewable natural gas projects.His work has always been centered around building sustainable infrastructure that meets both environmental and commercial goals.
His earlier career includes leadership roles in Microsoft, where he wore several hats in the emerging product design of Bing and Windows Phone products, and at ICICI Bank, one of India’s largest financial institutions, where he gained valuable experience in structured finance.
He holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, where he was recognized as a McKinsey Scholar. He is also a Kamalnayan Bajaj Fellow of the Aspen Global Leadership Network, reflecting his commitment to values-based leadership and long-term impact.
Throughout his professional journey, Mohan has remained deeply committed to sustainability, innovation, and ethical entrepreneurship—consistently building ventures that are aligned with the needs of the future.
Udhayakumar, Head of Projects
Udhayakumar Govindan is a highly skilled Civil Engineering professional with extensive experience in construction and project management. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering (April 2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (April 2012). With 9 years of experience in India, He has contributed to a wide range of projects, including residential buildings, commercial developments, renovations, and public infrastructure.
Additionally, he brings 4 years of international experience, specializing in high-end project elements such as swimming pools, landscaping, and villas. This diverse background has enabled me to develop a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of civil engineering.
Outside of his professional career, he is passionate about playing chess and loves the great outdoors.
Rishi Arvind Kumar Chokshi, Head of Sales
With over 20 years of experience across various fields of sales and business management, Rishi has a proven track record of successfully handling professional and corporate clients. Driven by passion, dedication, and a commitment to excellence, he consistently delivers outstanding results through innovative strategies that align with the organization's best interests while achieving optimal personal performance.
Beyond work, Rishi has a passion for traveling, listening to music, and playing chess and cricket—activities that significantly shape his personality. These pursuits reinforce his ability to stay calm, focused, and persistent, fostering a mindset of resilience, exploration, and unwavering commitment to achieving his goals
Arun Kumar Raja, Civil & Structural Works Manager
With over 13 years of experience in civil construction and structural works, Arunkumar Raja has successfully managed premium villa projects, multi-story residential buildings, and defense infrastructure, consistently delivering results with precision and quality.
Arunkumar began his career at Matrix PMC Consortium Pvt Ltd, where he oversaw villa and apartment projects for four years. He then advanced to the role of Project Engineer & Quality In-Charge at PL Raju Constructions Limited, where he managed a critical DRDO project. Following this, he joined QS Square Private Limited, spending five years as an Assistant Manager in the Billing Department, including one year of overseas experience in Vietnam.
Currently, Arunkumar is with Triputi Estates Private Limited, where he has been mentoring and managing structural works for the past three years, ensuring excellence in execution.
Arunkumar enjoys playing chess and badminton, which reflects his passion for planning and precision in both his professional and personal life.
Shiva Prakash Sharma, Project Engineer
With over 6 years of experience in civil planning and construction of structural works and with preparation of estimates he has successfully managed multi-story residential and commercial buildings, and railway infrastructure, consistently delivering results with precision and quality.
Shiva began his career at Ar.anand khadia firm where he oversaw design and execution of multiple residential and commercial projects for 2 years. He then advanced to the role of Site coordinator at RARCPL, where he handled railway bridges in three different locations. Following this, he joined as a QS in Shah Group kathmandu spending two years as an Billing Manager in the Billing Department.After leaving kathmandu he worked for saket interiors private limited as a project engineer.
As an admirer of creativity he likes to watch movies and likes to learn about the history of our planet, our civilization and the spiritual and material universe. His quote for life is the only thing stopping me from being the best is myself
Manikandan, Accounts and Finance Manager
With over 25 years of extensive experience in Accounts and Finance, Mani has developed a deep understanding of financial management across various industries, including civil construction, supply chain management, marine inspection, and manufacturing. His expertise spans a diverse range of areas such as financial management, statutory compliance, tax preparation, payroll management, vendor relations, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
He has a proven track record in managing the financial flow throughout the lifespan of large-scale projects, ensuring the coordination of vendor relations, financial reporting, and audits.
Beyond his professional life, he is passionate about creative pursuits such as craft work, playing musical instruments, and photography.
Kavana Lakshmi, Administration
Kavana is completing her MBA with a focus on HR and Marketing at Jain University, with experience in the real estate industry and in event management , she has gained practical insights into business operations, team collaboration, and client management.
